From athletic events to graduations, instructional conferences to dance recitals and concerts, we have the facilities and staff to meet your needs. We welcome community groups, nonprofit organizations, schools, businesses and public agencies. From high-tech multimedia projectors and sound systems to quality catering, we go the extra mile to provide you with the services you require to make your on-campus event special. She can guide you through a full array of services including handling registration, creating promotional literature and awarding Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
AACC offers registration services, audio/visual equipment, catering, internet connection, directional signs, instructional supplies, free parking and more.
AACC's facilities accommodate a variety of spaces for groups from 10 to 100. For larger gatherings, the Robert E. Kauffman Theater in the Pascal Center for Performing Arts can accommodate 365 people, and our theater-style lecture halls have seating for up to 128. We also have large multipurpose spaces in our Center for Applied Learning and Technology on the Arnold campus and a 138-seat lecture hall at Arundel Mills. Jenkins Gymnasium can accommodate large events, sporting and nonsporting, and our three athletic fields and turf field are available for tournaments, meets and practices as well. Even our parking lots can be transformed for outdoor events.
Facilities fees are based on the size and scope of your event. additional fees are assessed for audio\visual equipment, catering, custodial services, tables, chairs and staging, and support services. To reserve space, submit a completed facilities use request form and the $25 application fee to AACC’s Event Services office. Proof of insurance is required.
