The Cultural Revolution of China: Mao Zedong to Xi Jinping | Examine the history of China from 1900 to today, beginning with the fall of the Qing Dynasty and continuing through the 1919 Revolution, the Chinese Civil War, the rise of Mao and The Great Leap Forward, Dengs opening of China to the West, Xis consolidation of power and Chinas accelerating transformation into a great power. Participate in a wide-ranging discussion of Chinas future, including the role the U.S. may play in shaping it. $33 includes $32 fee. Note: Requires membership in Peer Learning Partnership (PLP).
