Learn principles and procedures for effective communication in small groups. Develop leadership skills for use in business, community, and other task-oriented work teams. Gain experience with various types of formal and informal group organization methods, member roles, and communication formats. Evaluate group processes and outcomes in interpersonal, peer and virtual groups and teams. Prerequisite: Eligibility for ENG 101/ENG 101A.
