Section Info: Online | Low Impact Cardio with Light Weights | No class May 26 and June 2 | Join Sandra for a low impact workout using light weights. This low impact cardio will increase your heart rate while minimizing the amount of stress or impact you put your joints under. Low-impact, total-body workout with focus on a strong core, and a lifted booty. We will stretch, work on balance, coordination and use light weights. We will listen to fun energizing music as we do a full body workout. | Note: Attendance in online class sessions Tuesday from 8:30-9:30 a.m. is mandatory for section 221.
