Real Estate Principles | Explore real estate practices, ethics, laws and environmental concerns. Completion of 60 clock hours meets the Maryland Real Estate Commission requirements to apply for a real estate license. Certification requires full attendance on all class dates to sit for license. Students must submit a PSI form (provided) by the second week of class. Textbook information available at AACC Bookstore. CEUs issued. $637 includes $30 fee. Note: Must be 18 or older to enroll. Students must attend 60 hours of class and pass the final exam.
