Our Leadership program can prepare you to become an entrepreneur or take your current career to the next level. You’ll learn from faculty who are leaders and can draw on that experience. Our cutting-edge curriculum includes a Mindful Leadership course, combining wellness with effective business management. Then you’ll put it all into practice, interning under some of the best leaders in the county. By the time you finish our program, you’ll help your teams shine in a way they never have before. You’ll also be able to transfer to a top four-year college or university. 

Credit Certificate

The following certificate prepares students for employment or a career change and stack into the A.A.S. Business Management degree if further education is desired.

You’ll enhance your managerial and communication skills, while coming to an in-depth understanding of business communications, ethics and leadership. You’ll be able to focus your studies according to your interests, whether it be global business, management or workforce diversity.

Interested in Transfer?

If you're interested in earning a four-year degree or higher in accounting, business, economics or entrepreneurship, you may wish to consider the following Associate of Science (A.S.) in Business Administration Transfer. This degree will prepare you to transfer to a four-year institution. Whichever path you choose - career or transfer - we strongly encourage you to meet with an advisor to structure your AACC studies to meet your individual education goals.

You’ll gain a rich background in core business skills, such as accounting, statistics and business law. You’ll also complete common general education requirements such as English, math and science, so you are well prepared to transfer to a four-year college.

Job Outlook

Some of our graduates build their own successful small businesses. Others are executives across a diverse array of industries. Many become management consultants, and some of our alumni also serve as managers across a number of specialties. Most complete our program to fast-track their growing careers. But with four-year transfer agreements with dozens of colleges and universities in Maryland and beyond, a degree from AACC has never been a better investment.
